Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP)-Late Project Call!

The City of Dowagiac has Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) grant money available for 2 more projects!   Now taking applications on a first come, first serve basis.

The NEP grant covers exterior home improvements like windows, siding, doors, front porches, handicapped ramps, etc.   This is not a loan, this is a grant with no financial obligation to the homeowner.

Home projects must be in the Walter Ward or Water Tower Park neighborhoods.   The boundaries are show in the Program Guidelines.
