MI- Hope Project Bids

The City of Dowagiac has received grant funding through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to assist property owners, within the city, with a variety of projects such as replacing windows, insulating attic space, new HVAC systems and many other Home Energy improvement projects. Below you will find the address of each home, under each address is the individual project we hope to complete. There will be two rounds of this grant so please keep an eye out for the next round of homes in the coming weeks. The contractor overview sheet below will give you everything your bid needs to contain.
