Preliminary Site Plan Application
If desired, this process allows a developer to submit their site plan for a conceptual review, to the Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator, prior to asking for a formal review. This process allows discussion between the applicant and the Planning Commissioners to better inform the applicant of the acceptability of the proposed plans prior to incurring extensive engineering and other costs necessary for final review.
To request a preliminary site plan review, fill out the site plan application and mark "conceptual", then file with the Zoning Administrator. This application is also used to file for final site plan review.
