Riverside Cemetery is located on Riverside Drive, south of East Division Street (M-62), across from the Dowagiac Elk's Golf Course. The Cemetery is adjacent to the Rudolphi Wildlife Refuge and Rudolphi Woods.

The National Wildlife Federation has certified Riverside Cemetery as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat.
